Does 104 Cattle offer customizable boxes?
Yes! We would be happy to customize any of our boxes to fit your family’s needs. Feel free to contact us via phone or email to customize a box. It would be our pleasure to help you with this.
Can I order a whole, side, or quarter beef and customize my own cuts?
Yes, you can! You can purchase a whole beef, a side, or even a quarter and customize the cuts to your preference.
We offer our customers the option to purchase beef on the hoof (a live animal). What does that mean? We will deliver your live animal to a state-inspected processing facility in Comanche, TX. You will then work with the processor to pick your cuts from their cut sheet. Once your beef is ready, it will then be up to you to pick up your beef from the processing facility in Comanche. This option does require a $500 nonrefundable deposit. The price you pay for the animal (excluding processing costs) is based on the final live weight of the animal prior to the delivery to the processor. You will pay the processing fees directly to the processor when you pick up your beef.

The average American family of four consumes one head of beef annually. One head of beef will require
