Our Approach
Pasture Raised
When we say “pasture raised”, we mean our cattle spend their lives grazing on pastures filled with native Texas grasses and legumes. Compared to grain finishing in confinement feedlots, our cattle are finished on pastures and produce beef with a rich flavor our customers prefer.
All Natural
Our direct-to-consumer sales are all natural, meaning we do not add hormones or administer preventative antibiotics. Our cattle have 24/7 access to free-choice mineral, protein, and energy supplements to ensure their health and well-being year-round. If an animal’s welfare requires the use of antibiotics, we will advertise and market that animal differently.
Sustainable
We manage our operations holistically for economic, environmental, and social sustainability. Our goal is to be regenerative through our rotational grazing, soil health management, and charitable giving. Click below to learn more about our sustainability efforts.
